Q: How much is the shipping
cost?
A: E-Z HAUL CARTS are shipped to residential and commercial addresses within the 48 continental states at the prices shown on the website. REPLACEMENT PARTS will have shipping charges added to the prices listed on the website. These charges are based on standard small package carrier rates in effect at the time of shipment from our warehouse to the destination address. Please proceed to the online

Q: I live outside the US continental 48
states, can I order from EZ Haul Carts and what is the freight
cost?
A: Absolutely, you may order from EZ Haul Carts
but we need to find a carrier that will deliver to you before we
can quote the cost. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or Canada this
should just be a small incremental shipping charge. If you are an
International customer send us an email and we will respond to
you with a quote.
Q: How will my cart be
shipped? A: The 5.5, 8.0 , 11.5 cubic foot carts ship by
FedEx, or DHL Ground. All multiple 11.5 cubic foot cart
orders ship by common carrier.
Q: I need my cart right away. Can you ship
by Express Freight?
A: In most circumstances we can
upgrade shipping to Express. You will need to contact us by email or
telephone to discuss the options. There will be an additional
freight charge for any shipping other than standard ground
shipping.
Q: How will the cart be
packaged? A: Individual carts are
boxed. In the case of a multiple cart order the frames may
arrive assembled on a pallet.
Q: When
will my order ship? A: We strive to
process all orders as soon as possible and generally ship within 2 -
4 business days after receiving your order. Of course, this is an
estimate and depends on availability. If timing is critical, please
email us for more
information.
Q: Will my
cart arrive assembled? A: Most orders ship by UPS, FedEX
or Airborne ground services. Because of size restrictions cart must
be shipped in a box"knocked-down." In most cases assembly should
only take about 20-30 minutes. Note: If you are ordering multiple
carts or some 11.5 cu. ft. models we may be able to ship the cart
with the frame assembled.
Q: Where
do you ship from? A: Our manufacturing plant and
warehouse are in Van
Nuys, California.
Q: It's
been awhile since I placed my order, how can I track my
shipment? A: You should have received a tracking number
with your shipping confirmation email, if not let us know and we can
provide one. (Note: we may not have a tracking number for you for
3-5 days after placing your order) If you have a tracking number go

Q: What if
my order comes in damaged? A: All items are shipped in
new condition and accepted by the freight company as such. If an
item is damaged during a UPS/FedEx/Airborne shipment or LTL
Shippment you should not accept the item. If
the outside packaging is damaged but you are unsure of the condition
of the contents either open it in the presence of the driver before
signing or sign that the packaging was damaged in transit and
contents maybe damaged. This is for your protection. If the
item is accepted free and clear of damage by the receipient they
must file a claim with that carrier.
